Flying into Philadelphia (PHL)

There is a one time shuttle that departs from the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) United Airlines Baggage claim at 12:30PM (EST) on the starting day of OIL (January 06 2010). Keep in mind that it is a 3 hour drive to the retreat center. After purchasing your flight with these parameters in mind, please log in to your account and enter your flight information.

Some things to keep in mind:

1. Vans will DEPART from the United Airlines baggage claim at 12:30PM (EST) on January 06, 2010. Make flight arrangements accordingly (please allow yourself time to walk to the baggage claim after you land). We strongly suggest taking a flight which arrives before noon.
2. Your departure flight on Saturday, January 9, 2010 must be AFTER 7:30PM (EST). The shuttle vans will leave the retreat center for Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) after lunch and clean up.
3. Please make arrangements carefully as many others will be taking this shuttle service. Because the retreat center is 3 hours away, we are not able to make any exceptions to these parameters. We will leave at 12:30 sharp.
